Lefse

In a sauce pan, boil
  3 cups of water
  1 stick of butter
Add:
 3 cups Hungry Jack potato flakes
  1 cup powdered milk
  1 Tbsp. sugar
  1- 2/3 tsp. salt
Mix well with fork
  Cool to room temperature
  Cover and refrigerate overnight
To roll-
Add scant 1- ½ cups flour, cut well with pastry 
  blender
