Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Especially good with beef.
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cups sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together all ingredients until well blended. Chill. This sauce may be
prepared up to 5 days in advance. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
