1 lb Chicken, Pork or Shrimp, cooked and diced into small pieces
1 bag of prepared Dole slaw mix
Soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg of egg roll wraps
Bring a pot of water to boil, boil cabbage for 30 seconds. Drain immediately, add chicken and mix. Season with salt, pepper, & soy sauce (enough to taste, should have slight salty taste). Take a egg roll wrap place generous amount in top corner-center of wrap, placed diagonally. Take top corner fold in, proceed with the two sides and fold in and continue rolling. When you get to the end wet the corner with water to seal the wrap. Deep fry till golden brown, stirring when necessary. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve hot.
