3 pkg chipped beef (tear up into pieces)
6 T margarine
6 T flour
1 ½ c water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c milk (or more)
Melt margarine under low heat; add flour. In separate pan; dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add this to flour and margarine. Add beef and milk. Serve over toast, rice or mashed potatoes.
