Carrot Hotdish

8-10 carrots

4-5 stalks of celery

2-3 onions, ½ inch pieces

1 lb hamburger

cans cream of chicken

Dice celery and cook in oil until tender.  Add onion, cook until tender.  Add hamburger (to celery and onion) and brown.  Peel and slice carrots, boil until tender.  Add carrots and soup to hamburger mix.  Simmer ½ hour.
