Blue Cheese Meatloaf

1 1/2 pound Ground beef chuck

1/2 pound Ground pork (not sausage)

1/2 cup Onion, minced

2 cups Breadcrumbs

2 Tablespoons Parsley

1/4 cup Ketchup

1 1/2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 Eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 cup Milk

4 ounces Blue cheese crumbles

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Place in a lightly oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes (or until firm in the middle).

Serves 4-6
