Chilli

1 lb ground beef, cooked and rinsed

1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes

1 can of kidney beans

1 pkg of mushroom, sliced

1 cup diced pepperoini

2 T Italian seasoning

Chili powder, to taste

1 T Beef broth

Mix all ingredients, adding more Italian seasoning and Chili powder if desired.  If you want more juice add use tomato can and add ½ container of water.  Cook until mushrooms are cooked through.

Serve with mashed potatoes if desired
