3-Bean Hot Dish (Donna Marie – SD)

1/3 c cooked, diced bacon

1 lb ground beef

¼ c chopped onion, sauté

¼ c water

2 tsp vinegar

½ c ketchup

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard

½ c brown sugar

1 can each lima, kidney and pork and beans

Heat oven 325°.  Brown ground beef (drain); add bacon and onion.  Add remaining ingredients including liquids from beans.  Bake 1 hour.
