Peanut Slaw

1 lb. of cabbage

1 t honey

1 t salt

2 med garlic cloves

2 T peanut butter

1 ½” ginger root

2 T peanut oil

1 lrg carrot

2 T rice wine vinegar

4 med radishes

1 T soy sauce

4 med scallions

Toss cabbage and carrot with salt - set over med bowl, pat dry

Mix all dressing ingredients

Toss veggies in bowl and add dressing
