Shoestring Salad

1 cup shredded carrots

½ cup celery

Diced black ripe olives

1 can chicken, tuna or shrimp

Minced onions

2 cups shoestring potatoes

Mix carrots, celery, black olives and chicken with mayo (and a little miracle whip for zing).  Put in refrigerator until ready to eat.  When serving add shoestrings and mix.
