Royal Oak Broccoli Salad - Delicious!

1 bunch broccoli, using 3 inches of stems and floweret’s (washed, drained and coarsely chopped)

12 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crushed

½ c raisins

1 c sunflower seeds, unsalted

1 small red onion, sliced thin

Dressing:

1 c mayonnaise

½ c sugar

2 T vinegar

Place broccoli in bowl; add bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds and onion.  Combine dressing ingredients in bowl.  Toss with salad.  Makes 6-8 servings.
