Homemade Noodles (Grandma Obermoeller)

2 eggs, beaten

pinch of salt

flour

for every egg, use a ½ shell of water

Use enough flour to make a nice ball – not too sticky.  Roll hunks like a jellyroll – slice and fluff slices in flour.  Unroll and lay out flat to dry.  (Grandma would put a newspaper over the back of a chair and hang the noodles over it to dry)
