Raspberry Poke Cake (Solon Springs)

1 reg box white cake mix

1 – 3 oz  Raspberry jello

1 c boiling water

½ c cold water

Cool Whip

Heat oven 350°.  Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.

Prepare cake mix as directed on package for 30 – 35 minutes.  Cool in pan 15 minutes; poke with fork at ½” intervals.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and spoon over cake in pan.  Refrigerate3-4 hours.  Spread with Cool Whip.
