18 1/2 oz Devil food cake mix
3 3/4 oz pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup warm water
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine all except chips - beat 4 minutes. Fold chips. Pour mixture into greased and floured 12 cup; bunt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Turn over on to serving plate and sift with powder sugar.
