Cheese Tarts  Very good!

16 small foil cups

16 Nabisco vanilla wafers

10 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 can cherry pie filling (or other favorite flavor)

Heat oven 375°.  Place foil cups into muffin pan.  Whip cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together.  Insert 1 wafer into bottom of foil cups.  Fill cups ¾ full and bake for 10 minutes (no longer).  Cover each cup with pie filling and chill.
