Teriyaki beef/pork Sandwiches

1 2- to 2 1/2-pound boneless beef chuck steak  or Pork Roast

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

8 individual hard French loaves, split or hamburger buns (I prefer onion)

Optional toppings: pineapple rings, sliced onion

Slow cook until meat falls apart.  If watery mix cornstarch and water and thicken like you would for gravy
