Meat and Potato Breakfast Casserole

1 pkg. Hash brown potatoes

1 ½ c shredded cheese  (cheddar, swiss, co jack)

1 c fully cooked meat, chopped  (ham, bacon, sausage)

½ c green onion, sliced

1 ½ c water

1 tsp salt

1 c milk

1 tsp dry mustard

dash of pepper

5 eggs, beaten

paprika

Heat oven to 350°.  Mix all ingredients, except paprika, in a large bowl.  Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
