2 pkgs Kool-Aid (any flavor, depending on color wanted)
2 c sugar
2 qts water
1 – 46 oz can pineapple juice
1 qt ginger ale
1 pint sherbet - optional
Mix Kool-Aid, sugar and water. Add pineapple juice. Chill. Add ginger ale and pour over ice in punch bowl. (Make ring mold of extra mixture before adding ginger ale – will not dilute punch this way) Spoon sherbet on top, if desired. Makes about 50 – ½ cup servings for very little cost.
